Maybe you’ve heard, countless times, about how much better The Sims 4 becomes when you install mods and custom content into it. Maybe you’re looking for a fresh way to play the game on your PC or Mac.
How to Install Mods and Custom Content in The Sims 4
Whatever your reasoning for doing it, modding is a staple of computer gaming, and it heavily expands the game. Especially in the case of The Sims, where the community is incredibly active and has surpassed the original release. Here’s how to do this exactly.
First and foremost, make sure your game has the ability to play the custom content. Start it up and on the main menu, click the three dots at the top right-hand side. Lower route api dotnet core. Then, select Game Options, and then Other.
Once you’re here, make sure that Enable Custom Content Mods and Script Mods Allowed are both check marked. Then, go ahead and exit the game.
Next, you’re going to want to download whatever mods you want to play with. We have a master list of the best Sims 4 mods over here (it has over 150 of them on it), but we also publish a rundown of the best ones each month, every month. Here are the ones published so far.

2019 Awesome Sims 4 Mods
And you can also get awesome Toddlers mods, Vampire ones, and Maxis Match Custom Content.
When you have the file on your computer, likely in your Downloads folder, you’re ready to install it. Keep that window of your download open, but also open up another.
Now, you can either use your computer’s search bar to look for “mods” and find the one that applies to The Sims 4, or you can find it manually yourself.
On PC, this folder is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. All you have to do at this point is drag and drop the files you downloaded into this Mods folder.
That’s it! Now, the next time you start the game up, you should see a message that lists for you all of the ones that are enabled and working with the game.
Every single time the game updates, though, it will disable the settings in the Game Options that you enabled, so make sure they turn back on in the settings like how I told you to do before, each time Maxis releases an update!
Sims 4 Custom Content in .package format must to be installed in Mods folder where the resource.cfg file is located, Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Sims and Lots .trayitem,.blueprint, .bpi , .hhi, .sgi, .householdbinary … must be installed in tray folder, Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
Scripts and Core mods .pyo, .py must be installed as archives (zipped) inMods folder, Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Atention! If the Custom Content is compressed as .zip or .rar you must use a program like 7zip (free), WinZip, WinRar… to extract it before placing in the Mods folder.
In Mods folder can be created subfolders for an easy management of the custom content. Read how to do this at Mod The Simshere

WickedWhims
TURBODRIVER's WickedWhims[7] is the primary sex mod for Sims 4 so far. Is a mod that offers animated sex, exhibitionism interactions, relationship enhancements and gameplay improvements. It adds custom mechanics, custom skills, custom traits, custom moodlets, custom whims, custom jobs, custom reactions, support for exhibitionism and sex autonomy interactions, custom story progression and modifications to existing gameplay.[8]
ATF Alec15 made a patched version of this mod that make the animations to be enabled for children, since then, Alec15's patched WW is the only primary mod on which all loli/shota animations for Sims 4 works.
Animations
Unlike Sims 3, sex animations made for adults (although it works for loli/shota) stretches the bodies showing horribly deformed during the animations. That is because the models adjusts to the bones and no vice versa. Therefore, animations for loli/shota must be designed specifically from zero for children, or also the original animations converted to fit.
Stuff
Also, there are standalone stuff like objects and clothing that don't need WW to work.
Installation
Basically, Sims 4 mods do not need installation, these are automatically implemented when you place the files into your Mods folder (Documents/The Sims 4/Mods) and unimplemented by simply removing them.

Stuff
Since July 2017 due all kind of work and revisions these mods need, they started a team for modding TS4 to keep order, test and keep WW up to date continuously. The team is open for anyone who wants to collaborate in the mod, coding, animating or to convert existing animations.
Also all questions, issue reports or suggestions are appreciated, just writing at the forums.
